Created as part of several Optimizely CRO tests, the brief was to redesign certain pages on the ResMed website using existing styles, with a focus on building trust in the brand and its products. The approach centred on clean, simple UX/UI, using narrative and guided questions to help users easily identify which products best addressed their needs. This not only clarified the product offering but also helped improve customer confidence and increase conversions across the ResMed website.
